Shirley Bernard, 89, formerly of Forty Fort, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in Mercy Center, Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Bernard, June 9, 2016.

Graveside funeral service will be on Friday, May 11, 2018, at 10:00 am, in Temple B'nai B'rith Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Arrangements by Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, Inc., 348 S. River St. Wilkes-Barre.
