STEVEN IRA WOLFE

Steven I. Wolfe, 65, of Kingston, died suddenly at home, Wednesday, February 24, 2016.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Leon and Pearl Brown Wolfe and was a graduate of Kingston High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Kings College and master's degree from Duquesne University. He was employed as a social worker in the healthcare industry. He was a professional musician who toured for two years with Tanya Tucker. He also performed in various local bands and was a music instructor for over 30 years.

He is survived by his sister Kathy, her husband Alan, nephew Eric and niece Diana.

Graveside funeral service will be Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Temple Israel Cemetery, Swoyersville. Rabbi Larry Kaplan will officiate.
