RUTH TAREN

Ruth Taren, 89, of Lansdale, PA, passed away Monday, February 3, 2020 at the Abramson Center in N. Wales, PA.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Dora Iskovitz Weisberger and she was a graduate of Edwardsville High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold and sisters, Malka Kaufer and Esther Kislin.

She is survived by sons, Jeffrey Taren and his wife, Carolyn of Seattle, WA; Alan Taren and his wife, Cynthia of Ambler, PA; grandchildren, Jordan, Mariel, Adrienne and Bennett; and great granddaughter Colette; and sister, Joan Yuskovitz of Florida.

Graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at 1:00 pm in Ohav Zedek Cemetery, 500 Chestnut Street and Church Streets, Hanover Township.

Arrangements by Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, Inc. 348 S. River St. Wilkes-Barre.

There will be no local shiva.
