NAOMI RUTH SCHIFFER Obituary

Naomi Schiffer, 92, of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021, in Brandywine Senior Living.

Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Rosalie Bernstein Marlowe and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Brooklyn College. She continued her education earning certificates in Medical Office Procedures from LCCC and certificate in Gerontology from College Misericordia. Prior to retirement, Naomi was a member of Temple B'nai B'rith and past president of National Council of Jewish Women.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Morton.

She is survived by her children, Rabbi Ira Schiffer (Linda) Middlebury, VT; Dale Karen Slavoski (Bill) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; grandchildren, Rachel Schiffer, Benjamin Schiffer (Rebecca), Jason Slavoski (Kelly), Rebecca Slavoski, and sister, Valerie Stark of Highland Park, IL.

Graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Wellwood Cemetery, NY
