LEONA GLUCROFT

Leona Glucroft, 97, formerly of Kingston, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Abramson Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, Pa.

Born September 7, 1919 in Exeter, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Morris J. and Sarah (White) Wruble. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, Irwin and her siblings Reta, William, Sanford, and Rosalie.

She was a member of Congregation Ohav Zedek. Leona graduated from Exeter High School. She was a bookkeeper and sales clerk.

Leona is survived by her four children, Phyllis Campbell (Howard), Debby Pantoja (Ty), Rand Glucroft (Fran), and Renee Sokol (Todd). She is survived by 10 grandchildren, Gabriel,Brandon, Brooke, Jamie, Elyse, William, Glenn, Jacob, Rebecca and Jody; great grandchildren, Sophia, Maceo, Adrian, Sienna, Blake, Stella, Isaac, Celia and Aria.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, 348 S. River Street, Wilkes Barre with Interment in Anshe Ahavas Achim Cemetery, West Pittston.

Shiva will be observed at Congregation Ohav Zedek after Interment.
