Herman Goldner, of Haverford, PA, died Saturday, August 16, 2014, in Bryn Maur Hospital, Bryn Maur with his loving family by his side.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict as a Colonel. Herman was employed as a Medical Micro Biologist and was a member of many civic and religious organizations.
He was preceded in death by parents, Sam and Ruth Kanner Goldner and four brothers.
Mr. Goldner is survived by his beloved wife, the former Irene Gross, daughters, Audrey Goldner, Medford, NJ; Ellen F. Schwartz, Esq., Kendall Park, NJ; three grandchildren; and sister, Esther Roth, Florida.
Military Funeral Service will be conducted, Monday, August 18, 2014, at 2:00 pm, in the Ohav Zedek Cemetery, corner of Church and Chestnut Street, Hanover Township. Rabbi David Kaplan will officiate.
