Harold E. Cohen, of Exeter, died late Saturday afternoon, June 6, 2015, with his family by his side.
Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Monroe and Dora Helfant Cohen and served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a salesman for Globe Furniture and was a member of Temple B'nai Brith where he taught Hebrew school for more than 40 years, a member of the Jewish War Veterans, the Wyoming Valley Barber Shop Chorus and other civic and religious organizations.
Harold was preceded in death by his brother, Fred Cohen.
He is survived by his loving wife, the former Roberta U. Ray; daughter, Terri Cohen-Johnson and her husband, Joseph, Oreland, PA and grandson, Kyle Johnson and his wife, Heather, Yardley, PA.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 11:30 am in Temple B'nai B'rith, 408 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, with Rabbi Roger Lerner officiating.
