In Loving Memory of Fran Miriam Lubin
July 24, 1962 – April 28, 2026
Fran Lubin, 63, of Delray Beach, Florida, formerly of Kingston, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Attorney Solomon Lubin and Riva Kernis Lubin, and granddaughter of Anna and Herman Kernis. Fran was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, where she proudly participated in the marching band, and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University.
Early in her career, Fran worked in marketing and sales at Century Advertising in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, she was employed as a customer service representative at Adapt Health in Boca Raton, Florida, where she was known for her dedication and kindness toward those she helped.
Fran was a cherished sister, devoted daughter, loving aunt, and loyal friend. Her quick wit and sense of humor brought smiles to many. She fought a hard fight in the end, revealing her bravery, courage, and strength. This quiet courage speaks volumes about the person she was deep down inside.
Fran is survived by her loving sister, Marla Mygatt, and her husband, Craig; nephews, Ryan and Braden Mygatt; niece, Taylor Sheridan; and great-niece, Katherine Sheridan.
In honor of Fran’s memory, donations can be made to Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Palm Beach County, Florida, or St. Jude's Children’s Hospital. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all for their support and condolences during this difficult time.
Graveside Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 10:00 am in Temple Israel Cemetery, 212 Dennison St, Swoyersville, PA.
