Eunice Rubel, of Delray Beach, FL, died on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the last surviving child of the late Samuel and Rose Bernstein Oxman and was a graduate of Frankford High School and attended Art School. Eunice was a member of Temple Israel Synagogue, its sisterhood; Hadassah and was former President of the National Council of Jewish Women; She was active with the Little Theater of Wilkes-Barre and taught Drama and Dance at the JCC for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Saul Rubel; second husband, Dr. Norman Isaacson and six siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Mike) Kuhar of Delaware; son, Robert Rubel of Kingston; niece, Roslyn (Robert Purdy) Appell of Delray Beach, FL, with whom she resided, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 12:00 noon, in Temple Israel Cemetery, Dunmore.
