Edwin A. Duncan, of Laflin, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at home, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of the late Mac and Ann Bellock Duncan and was
a graduate of Kingston High School and studied at Wilkes College. Ed owned and operated Master Piece Industry and was a longtime member of Temple Israel and other civic and religious organizations.
He was preceded by parents, son, Jeffrey Duncan and baby brother, Richard.
He is survived by wife the former Rosalind Felder; daughters, Amy Duncan Daley and her husband, Art; Stacey Duncan Blum and her husband Richard; Alison Duncan Berg and her husband, Michael; 11 grandchildren, Seth, Brooke, Jordan, Sydney, Gavyn, Isaac, Lily, Hunter, Taylor, Noah, Cooper; daughter in law, Sharon Duncan and sister, Susan Leventhal and her husband, Ted.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, 348 S. River St. Wilkes-Barre, with Rabbi Larry Kaplan officiating.
Interment will follow in Temple Israel Cemetery, Swoyersville.
Shiva will be observed at 121 Haverford Drive, Laflin, 2-4 on Friday, 7-9 on Saturday and Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 7-9.
