BRADLEY S. GELB June 19, 1963 - November 16, 2013 Bradley S. Gelb, 50, of West Pittston, died Saturday, November 16, 2013, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of Sandor and Barbara Rothman Gelb, of West Pittston, was a graduate of Meyers High School and video school, in New York City. He was active with photography and was employed as an assistant film editor. He loved the Grateful Dead and was a photographer for them. Bradley was a double transplant survivor and Gift of Life Donor.
He is survived, in addition to his parents, Sandor and Barbara Rothman Gelb, by fiancee, Jolene Knecht, Shavertown; aunts, uncles, cousins, two cats, Bill and Matthew, and many friends.
Funeral services will be conducted, Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 12:00 noon, at the Rosenberg Funeral Chapel, Inc. 348 S. River Street, Wilkes-Barre, with Rabbi Raphael Nemetsky officiating. Interment will follow in Anshe Emes Cemetery, Plains.
Shiva will be observed at 4 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston, 7 to 9 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
