ARNOLD TAREN

Arnold Taren, of Lansdale, died Wednesday, March 13, 2019 in Abington Hospital, Lansdale.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Harry and Helen Brown Taren and was a graduate of Coughlin High School. He was a member of Temple Beth Israel and owner of Modern Floor and Modern Plastics, prior to retiring.

In addition to his parents, Arnold was preceded in death by his brothers, Sidney and Walter and sister, Miriam (Mimi) Ross.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Weisberger Taren; sons, Jeffrey Taren and his wife, Carolyn of Seattle; Alan Taren and his wife, Cindy of Ambler, PA; grandchildren, Jordan, Mariel, Adrienne and Bennett; and great granddaughter Colette.

Graveside funeral service will be conducted today, Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 1:00 pm in Ohav Zedek Cemetery, Hanover Twp. With Rabbi Dovid Kaplan officiating.
