Anne L. Lisowski, 60, of Hanover Twp., died Thursday afternoon, May 25, 2017 in Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy Bailen Kaufman, was graduate of GAR High School and received her Bachelors Degree from Wilkes College. Anne was employed by Northeast Counseling as a Development Counselor, was a certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and certified Chemical Dependency Practitioner and was an Early Intervention Teacher for Child Development Council. She enjoyed traveling and has been to Alaska twice. She loved dogs, was a member of Siberian Husky Club and volunteered with Iditarod.
Anne is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Lisowski; brother, Sanford (Sandy) Kaufman and his wife, Sheryl; nephews, Reid and Drew Kaufman and her dogs.
Graveside funeral service will be on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 10:30 am in Anshe Sfard Cemetery, 2400 Lower Demunds Road, Dallas, with Rabbi Dovid Saks officiating.

Shiva will be observed 7-9 Sunday, May 28, 2017 and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 at her home.
